This notice explains how we handle the personal data you submit when you apply.
This recruitment site is operated by R·N·D Group ("we"), which acts as the data controller for applications submitted here. For any data question or request, contact careers@r-n-d.group.
We collect only what you submit through the application (Step 1) and the screening questionnaire (Step 2): your name and contact details, location, any links you provide (LinkedIn/portfolio and the link to your CV), your cover note, and your questionnaire answers, including the practical tasks. We use this solely to assess your application for the role(s) you applied to. We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for advertising or tracking.
You provide a link to a CV that you host in your own cloud storage; we do not upload or store the file ourselves. We access it only to review your application. You control that link and can revoke access at any time.
We process your data on the basis of your consent (the checkbox on the form) and our legitimate interest in evaluating candidates. You can withdraw consent at any time.
We keep application data for up to 12 months to run the recruitment process and consider you for related roles, after which it is deleted — or sooner if you ask us to.
You can ask us to show you, correct, or delete the data you submitted, or withdraw your consent, at any time — just contact us (see above) and we'll take care of it. Depending on where you live (for example under the EU/UK GDPR or Canada's PIPEDA), some of these may be legal rights.
We use privacy-friendly, cookie-free site analytics that do not identify you. The contents of your application are never sent to analytics.
